Lakeisha transformed her impactful vision into reality when she founded Optimal Alliance Consulting LLC in 2019. She champions the responsibilities of Lead Consultant while maintaining her duties as Chief Executive Officer. Her extensive education in Business Administration, Human Resources, and Clinical Social Work equips her to make effective strategic decisions which generate high-quality results. This Seminole alumni discovered her passion to coach and mentor throughout her 15 years of serving in Social Work.

The rewards of advocating for the under-served populations made her eager to provide consulting to the non-profit sector. Lakeisha’s pursuit of impact landed her membership of the National Association of Social Work and positions within numerous community boards.

This lead innovator and strategist takes initiative and strives to change lives! She enjoys merging key systems and agencies to formulate optimal solutions. While implementing new processes, she remains engaged and informed on current initiatives. Lakeisha oversees the distribution of integrated services and shares responsibility for developing continuous performance and process improvement.
