WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan)

Self-management tool used to increase personal empowerment. It’s a safe, simple non evasive wellness tool that can be used by anyone of any age. In this course you will learn how to:

Create your own Individualized Wellness Plan
Develop a “Wellness Toolbox”
Identify stressors and early warning signs, and develop action plans.
Create a Crisis Plan
Create a Post-Crisis Plan
